Pelican crossing!*

Saw some pelicans today on the way into Dauphin Island. Most were alive, handsome and feisty. However as an addendum to my previous post on roadkill, one was decidedly not. More of a pelican't I suppose.

*Pelican crossing may be a purely British reference so apologies if that's the case.
